Opening Conference of the project Kübekháza-Rabe

Announcement date: 12 February 2018

Development of a Road Border Crossing at Kübekháza (HU) - Rabe (SRB) area– Kübekháza-Rabe (HUSRB/1601/21/0003), a project implemented within the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme, will be officially launched with a conference on 20 February 2018, beginning at 11:00 AM at the Master Centar of the Novi Sad Fair, Novi Sad, Serbia, and it will be open to public.

This project will provide for the special and technical conditions for opening of the border crossing between Hungary and Serbia, and it also involves the construction of the new 2,309 meter-long road in Hungary, and the reconstruction of the 1,365 meter-long travel route in Serbia.

    The Managing Authority (MA), the National Authority (NA), the Joint Secretariat (JS) and the First Level Control (FLC) of the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia programme have recently received a number of queries related to cancelled events, travels, undelivered equipment, etc. because of the COVID-19 pandemic. In many cases, the questions are linked to the eligibility of related expenditures. In this regard, the MA/JS provide a guidance to all Lead Beneficiaries, Beneficiaries and control bodies of the programme.

The pre-selection has been started and each applicant will be contacted soon.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Joint Secretariat of the Interreg – IPA CBC HU-SRB Programme is searching for a full-time Communication Manager (CM) for a fixed term, not less than 1,5 year. The CM will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the information and communication plan of the Programme (with the involvement of external service providers). S/he also has to provide advice on visibility and communication related requirements to project partners.
