Request for Completion – Formal Assessment of the Applications of the Priority 3 and Priority 4 of the Second Call for Proposals

Following the Second Call for Proposals, which closed on 31 January 2017, the Joint Secretariat (JS) and the Antenna of the Joint Secretariat (JS Antenna) started the Formal Assessment.

On 24 April 2017, the Lead Beneficiaries (IMIS Front Office Users) of Applications of the Priority Axis 3 (PA 3) and Priority Axis 4 (PA 4) that require completion were notified via the IMIS 2014-2020 system-generated emails to complete their applications by 05 May 2017, 24:00/midnight (CET).

Lead Beneficiary organizations (IMIS Front Office Users)  which did not receive the IMIS-generated email are encouraged to check their status in the IMIS 2014-2020 Application Module. In case their Application requires completion, the related note is in the” EMAIL LOG” tab.

The Formal Assessment of the Applications received via IMIS 2014-2020 Application Module, was divided into two parts: 1) assessment of Applications of the PA 1 and PA 2, and 2) assessment of Applications of the PA 3 and PA 4.

Lead Beneficiaries of the Applications of the PA 1 and PA 2 were notified about the result of the Formal Assessment.

    Guidance with regard of COVID-19 pandemic
    The Managing Authority (MA), the National Authority (NA), the Joint Secretariat (JS) and the First Level Control (FLC) of the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia programme have recently received a number of queries related to cancelled events, travels, undelivered equipment, etc. because of the COVID-19 pandemic. In many cases, the questions are linked to the eligibility of related expenditures. In this regard, the MA/JS provide a guidance to all Lead Beneficiaries, Beneficiaries and control bodies of the programme.

The pre-selection has been started and each applicant will be contacted soon.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Joint Secretariat of the Interreg – IPA CBC HU-SRB Programme is searching for a full-time Communication Manager (CM) for a fixed term, not less than 1,5 year. The CM will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the information and communication plan of the Programme (with the involvement of external service providers). S/he also has to provide advice on visibility and communication related requirements to project partners.
