In the period allocated for completion of the Applications within the Priority Axis 3 (PA 3) and Priority Axis 4 (PA 4), ending on 5 May 2017 at 24:00/midnight (CET), two technical errors were detected related to the following:
- Auto-notifications about submitted completion;
- Password resetting option.
Applicants which submitted the documents for completion and have not received the auto-notification from the IMIS 2014-2020 Application Module are advised to take the following steps:
- check whether the “SUBMISSION DATE” tab within the IMIS system shows the date and the time of completed Application;
- if in doubt, contact the Joint Secretariat (JS) at info@interreg-ipa-husrb.com and imisoffice@szpi.hu.
Applicants which need to reset their User password to access the IMIS 2014-2020 Application Module are advised to contact the JS at info@interreg-ipa-husrb.com and imisoffice@szpi.hu.
